Marketing results measurement: know how much each client costs
We set up conversions in GA4 and the platforms, connect the data to the CRM and deliver a monthly report that shows, channel by channel, how much was invested and how many clients came in.
Online meeting with no commitment, for companies that want to decide with data.

What is marketing results measurement?
It is the work of measuring, from click to sale, what each channel delivers. It involves setting up conversions in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, recording lead sources in the CRM and bringing everything together in a report that compares results with the goal.
It suits service businesses that invest in more than one channel and need to know where to put next month’s budget. Data collection respects visitor consent, in line with the GDPR.
Every supplier sent a report. None of them answered the question.
The ads agency showed clicks, the social media agency showed reach, the website showed visits. At the end-of-month meeting, the question was still unanswered: which channel brought in the clients who signed?
The numbers existed, but they were scattered, each measuring something different and none reaching the sale.
Proceder’s measurement brings that data together in one place and answers that question every month.
Why don't so many companies know what delivers results?
Measuring clicks is easy. Measuring clients requires well-configured conversions, recorded sources and a CRM connected to marketing.
Wrong conversions
Duplicated or misconfigured events inflate numbers and hide what matters.
Data that does not connect
Platforms, website and CRM each measure their own part, with no link between them.
Vanity reports
Lots of charts, no decisions: the report does not say what to do.
Budget in the dark
Without cost per client by channel, the budget is split out of habit.
How we set up measurement, step by step
Measurement follows the four steps of the Proceder Method and becomes a monthly routine, together with the review of every channel.
↻ Review cycles based on the numbers for the period.
Plan / Optimize
We define what to measure: goals, conversions, funnel stages and the metrics that will guide budget decisions.
Structure
We set up GA4, Google Tag Manager, platform conversions, consent and the connection with the CRM.
Execute
We validate the data, build the report template and check that every lead arrives with the right source.
Analyze
Every month we deliver the report, compare it with the goal and recommend what to keep, adjust or cut.
Every report ends with decisions, not just numbers.
Measurement and reporting are part of Data integration and performance
Measuring well depends on connecting website, campaigns and CRM. That is why measurement sits in the same solution as the CRM and serves every channel.
Data integration and performance →
The solution that connects marketing and sales to show the cost of each client.
CRM and automation →
The sales funnel that closes the loop between lead and client.
Paid campaigns →
Cost per client for each campaign, to decide the budget.
Marketing management →
Every channel reviewed with the same numbers, every month.
What goes into the monthly report?
The report is short, compared with the goal and written for the people who decide, not for those who run the platforms.
Investment by channel
Media, tools and management, broken down by channel.
Leads and source
How many leads came in and where they came from.
Funnel in the CRM
Opportunities, proposals and sales for each period.
Cost per client
The number that guides the following month’s budget.
Who is measurement and reporting for?
The work delivers for companies that already invest in marketing and want to decide based on reliable numbers.
It is not for you if
It is for you if
You do not invest in any channel yet.
You invest in more than one marketing channel.
You do not record sales anywhere.
You record sales or are willing to use a CRM.
You want a dashboard full of charts.
You want a report that leads to decisions.
You would rather not share numbers.
You share goals and sales results.
The data stays in accounts in your company’s name, with shared access.
Questions about marketing results measurement
Do you use Google Analytics 4?
Yes. We set up GA4 and Google Tag Manager, with conversion events, and connect them to data from the ad platforms and the CRM.
Is the report real-time?
We do not promise a real-time dashboard. The report is monthly, compared with the goal, and the main metrics can be checked in the tools at any time.
What about the GDPR?
Data collection respects visitor consent, with a cookie banner and Google consent settings, in line with the GDPR.
Do I need a CRM to measure cost per client?
To get all the way to the sale, yes. Without a CRM, we measure up to the lead. With a CRM, we measure up to the client.

Proceder isn't just an agency, it's a business partner. From the start, the service was consultative, direct and fully focused on performance. They didn't come to sell services; they came to propose solutions. The team knows the game, masters data and positioning, and knows where and how to adjust to create real impact. What impressed me most was their ability to listen and turn our goals into concrete strategies. Professionalism, agility and vision. Simply outstanding.Posted on Google![]()

From the first contact with Proceder it was clear this isn't an ordinary agency. The service is fast, strategic and built on active listening that makes all the difference. They don't deliver off-the-shelf solutions: they dive into the business, understand the pain points and build a truly tailored path. It's hard to find a company that combines performance, creativity and closeness with so much competence. I didn't feel like a client but like a partner in the project. I recommend them without hesitation.Posted on Google![]()

We came to Proceder to build our law firm's website. From the initial idea, through the whole build process, to after-sales support, it was an excellent experience. I recommend Proceder to anyone looking for quality service, transparency and, above all, professionalism.Posted on Google![]()
